Oh my gosh. It’s September.  How did that happen?

Our annual September Challenge is on!  During the month of September, choose something that you can practice mindfully every day (even for a few minutes) that will bring increased happiness and health to your life.  You get to reward yourself at the end of the month for your commitment to improving your well-being.  It’s a win-win!
